Super Speedy Oats

If you never give yourself enough time to eat in the morning and you always find yourself running out the house to get to work, this is the breakfast for you…

- 1/2 cup rolled organic rolled oats
- 1 cup filtered water or grass fed milk or coconut milk
- 1 banana (just turning ripe)
- 1 tbsp almond nut butter (sugar-free)
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 Medjool dates, pitted and chopped
- A spoon!

 

Method:
Before you hit the sack, do the following:
Place the oats and liquid of your choice in a 500ml recycled glass jar with a lid. Give it a good shake. Mash up the banana and almond nut butter together and add this into the oat mixture. Add the cinnamon and dates to the final mixture as well. Give the bottle another good shake. Put it in the fridge and it will be waiting for you in the morning.

Optional:
Top with any of your favourite fruit, nuts or seeds and leave it in the fridge overnight. Tape a spoon to the jar if you think you’ll forget one. And enjoy peacefully either on the train to work, or at work
