Serna's Chocolates


This is one of the delightful recipes from raw food teacher Serna Kramer,

6 tbsp cacao powder
6 tbsp tahini
6 tbsp coconut oil
6 tbsp honey

1.    Mix the cacao powder with the tahini and stir with a fork
2.    Add coconut oil and honey to the mixture until well combined
3.    Spoon into chocolate moulds and freeze for an hour or longer
4.    Press out of the moulds into a container
5.    Dust with cacao powder if you desire the same effect as the photograph
6.    Keep frozen until served
