Green Collagen Smoothie
- - 20-30g plain whey protein (or egg, hemp, brown rice or pea)
- 50-100ml natural yoghurt (just 'milk and cultures' on ingredients list) or 50-100ml kefir
- 1 small banana
- 2 big slices pineapple
- 1 tbsp hydrolysed collagen powder
- 2-5g amino acids (eg. glutamine)
- 1 scoop green powder
- 1-2 tsp raw honey
- You can add another superfood - eg. 1-2 tsp maca, baobab or spirilina (to make it even greener)
BLEND ALL INGREDIENTS AND DRINK
